One of our goals at Oasis Dental Spa is to provide dental care in a timely manner. When you book your appointment, we believe that it is a shared responsibility for both the dental provider/team and the patient. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

During business hours: appointments must be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation charges.

After business hours: appointment cancellation made on voicemail or email must be made within 48 hours to avoid cancellation charges. If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice to allow us enough time to offer your reservation to another patient that is waiting.

If there is a last minute cancellation, there will be a $50 cancellation/failed appointment fee.
